Become a certified Pilates instructor with official STOTT PILATES® training

From July 24th to August 1st in Barcelona, this 40-hour intensive program is aimed at fitness and movement professionals who want to deepen their expertise in the STOTT PILATES method.

 

You’ll learn to design and lead Matwork workouts for both individual and group settings, mastering over 60 exercises with variations, and covering key elements such as postural analysis, equipment use, and communication techniques.
